PARENTS:
We did not get through all our Jeopardy game questions to review for Lessons 1-16, so I gave my question sheet to the students to use as a review. Review Lessons 17-33. Please also go over the following:
1. know how to determine the # of electrons, protons, neutrons, when given atomic mass or number
2. know the characteristics of metals/non-metals, and review the chart we made with ionic/covalent/metallic bonds
Think back through all our experiments and be prepared to describe the chemical process/reaction.
I suggest the boys go through their rough drafts on the computer to check for spelling and grammar, I will check my copies as well, and I'll check for organization. Two papers were not the required 3 page length, so find additional information. Also if you used additional sources, make sure to put them on your bibliography.
I will offer time to do your oral report for anyone who wants to practice. Don't forget visual aids or handouts if you want to use them.
