For Tuesday:
1. Read Lesson 17, take notes, write vocab + definitions in your notebooks. DO NOT DO THE EXPERIMENTS. We will do them in class. Answer "What Have We Learned" with a parent.
2. Pick your scientist from the list and tell me in class.
3. Learn 3 more elements: Ce-Cerium, Cf-Californium, Cl-Chlorine
Optional Extra Credit
Form crystals on a string using method similar to our last crystals experiment. Boil water, add Epsom salts, table salt and sugar to 3 separate cups. Hang string from pencil and wait for water to evaporate. Bring write up either Tues the 19th or Fri the 22nd once you see crystals form on string. Make sure your conclusion relates to the purpose.
