Read the food pyramid p117. You DO NOT NEED TO READ THE LESSON.
Each of you will bake cookies. You will need to make them from scratch, no store bought dough.
Make 1/2 batch with baking powder, 1/2 batch without baking powder.
Brandon - chocolate chip
Elijah - Oatmeal
Luke - Snickerdoodle
Matthew - Sugar
Noah - Peanut Butter
Bring your cookies to class. Make sure you label which cookies are which. This will be graded.
YOU MAY SWITCH YOUR COOKIE ASSIGNMENT, BUT ARRANGE THAT ON YOUR OWN.
