Study for a small elements quiz all S', T's and U's. If you've kept up studying this should take minimal effort.
Focus the rest of your time on the science fair. Here are additional guidelines for the display board:
Do your best to present everything in print - no handwriting. Make sure you spell things correctly. Give the steps of the scientific method which each clearly labeled.
